Paradise Zipline + Volcano Tour
The Zippin Volcano tour includes two sharply contrasting experiences, and gives you a real insight into the magnificence that is the Big Island of Hawaiis landscape.
Guests must cancel tour no less than 48 hours before tour departure for a full refund less 10% of the total booked amount. Molten lava will not be seen. Volcanic activity changes constantly and cannot be guaranteed. Comfortable walking shoes required. We’re happy to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions, including children’s meals, with advance notice. Order of itinerary may change. Tour runs rain or shine.
Zipline tours are not for pregnant women or anybody with current or pre-existing heart, neck, or back conditions or injuries.
Guests are required to sign a liability waiver on arrival.
Guests must be able to negotiate stairs, and lift 15 pounds. Guests must weigh between 35 and 275 pounds, and at lest 5 years of age.

Old legends tell about the fiery volcano goddess Pele and her sister Hi’iaka who dwells in the forest and near waterfalls. The two couldn’t be more opposite and anyone who has been to the Big Island of Hawaii can see the inspiration for these stories. If you choose to be picked up in Kona, you can get familiar with the island as we drive along Saddle Road, catching views of both Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa. Pick-up is also available in Hilo, and regardless of where you start our tour, the destination is the same: a place of breathtaking waterfalls. The first activity of the day, an 8-line zip course, takes you soaring up to 160 feet above lush tropical flora and over two miles of stunning river gorges that create spectacular waterfalls and shimmering pools.
Certified staff and modern equipment ensure that this tour is safe and fun for the whole family. The ziplines provide rides more than 2400 feet in length, and dual tracks let you and your companion to ride side-by-side! After this bird’s eye adventure of Hi’iakas world, enjoy a picnic-style lunch and then move on to Pele’s realm: the land of volcanoes. World famous Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is one of the biggest attractions in the Hawaiian Islands. Your expert guide provides a fully narrated tour of this natural wonderland. Enjoy the view of otherworldly landscapes shaped by fire, explore and learn about how the Islands rose and still continue to rise out of the deep Pacific Ocean. See volcanic craters, steam vents and, with a little bit of luck, maybe even some action!
Finish your day with a leisurely visit to Volcano Winery. Enjoy a private tour around the vineyard and tea orchard, and sit back with a wine tasting or a glass of wine with your dinner.

- Ziplining is not for guests with heart, neck, or back problems, or women who are pregnant.
- Participants must be at least 5 years old, weigh a minimum of 35 lbs and a maximum of 275 lbs.
- The tour includes some physical activity; guests must be able to lift 15 lbs walk up stairs and across uneven terrain.
- All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
